2016 Legislative Session – Day 2

The Environment Committee held a work session on state parks today and held a public hearing on House Bill 2057. House Bill 2057 directs the Department of Ecology to conduct a study of light pollution that provides recommendations to the Legislature on policy options to reduce light pollution.

Light pollution? I wonder, did “light pollution” increase when the government banned incandescent light bulbs? Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.
